I Need a Hobby: A Podcast!
Three recent college grads working the 9-5 and trying to make the most of the 5-9. Each week Alex, Chris, and Andrew pick a new hobby, challenge, or activity and tell you about it. New episode every Wednesday.
This week we take a little bit of time to do the thing that helps us get rid of negative energy and relax: talk into microphones about meditating! We tell you the top ways we meditate and how we feel about one of the oldest (and currently trendiest) practices. Also Andrew has a run in at a deli, Alex is haunted by a beer, and Chris ponders an old circus trick.
